The Full Body Resistance Sculptor can be used in multiple different ways. From bench presses and bicep curls, to seated rows and squats - The can do it all.
Attach the black clips to the resistance band. Then, attach the other ends of the clips to the handles. Grab onto the handles, and you are ready to begin your exercise. If you choose to use the bar, simply thread it through both of the handle bars. Then, wrap the Resistance Sculptor’s body around a tree, a pole, or whatever else you choose to hold the band as you pull. And just like that, you’re ready to go! Specifically target individual muscles in your body to reach your full potential.
